At WHISP, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:
- Domestic (Canada/USA): 7-10 business days
- International: 10-15 business days
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with priority carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns:
- Return Window: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Important: In order to refund essential oils, the tamper evident seal must be in tact with no evidence of being opened in any fashion.
- Process: To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order details.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and mention the replacement item in your request. Any difference in cost will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Note: Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Duties & Import Taxes
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience by covering duties and import taxes whenever possible. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order without any unexpected fees.
- Pre-Paid Duties & Taxes: For most international orders, we work with our shipping partners to pre-pay any applicable import duties and taxes, so you don’t have to.
- Customer-Incurred Charges: In rare cases where duties or taxes are charged upon delivery, we may offer a partial or full reimbursement. To request a reimbursement, please follow these steps:

- Contact Us so that we can obtain a copy of the official customs receipt and your order number to within 5 days of delivery.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
